The on-site restaurant offered a buffet, perfect for my never-ending appetite. The location was great, just a short walk to most hospitals, shopping areas, and even the ancient Roman amphitheatre. The property had safety features like a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and a security system.
That my sarcasm detector didn't work in the hotel. Couldn't catch any sarcastic remarks from the staff.

Everything seemed good, excellent staff, outstanding rooms. It had comfy location steps away from The Parliament. Moreover, it's near to the border crossing at King Hussein bridge into Israel and restaurants, supermarkets, exchanges and clothing stores. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel❤😃😃

We stayed at Sufara Hotel Suites for one night to catch the JETT buses to explore Jordan. The location was perfect, with the bus station and office just a 5-7 minute walk away. Additionally, there was a boulevard with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options, as well as Abdali Mall, all within a 10-15 minute walk. The room was spacious and exceeded our expectations. We also received excellent assistance from the friendly and helpful staff, particularly a gentleman named Saeed, who even saved us from a potential scam with airport transfers.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

My room was good value for money and exceptionally clean room with the heater and the heating, for example. An electric kettle, a fridge, and kitchenware were a plus.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, treating me like family. They helped me plan my trip, booked transportation, and even let me rest after I checked out. The location was great, close to downtown and visiting areas, with supermarkets nearby. It was also just a short walk to the JetBlue bus station for easy transportation to Petra. The price was cheap and the hotel felt safe and quiet. The driver, Yazan, was also super nice and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, offering coffee, water, and sweets. He even dropped me back at the hotel and waited for me for an hour to charge my phone before dropping me off for free. Highly recommended; you won't find a better trip!

I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and friendly local staff.

Despite the low rate, the breakfast was quite good and varied, and the Wi-Fi was free and reasonably fast. , the location was ideal for my business trip, just a few minutes' walk from the main bus station and close to some restaurants.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the room smelled bad. the noise from nearby traffic and the mosque woke me up several times during the night.
